RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with any product, obtain a return authorization number (call 800- 533-5121) and return it in its original condition within 15 days for a prompt exchange, credit or refund. A 15% restocking fee is charged for returned items. Items damaged in return shipping to us are not refundable, so please insure the item. Shipping and handling is NOT reimbursed going or coming.
